Shipping options You can choose between priority and registered shipping (in The Netherlands, only standard is available). Registered has the same speed as priority; in addition, the package is sent as registered mail: when delivered, it is not just dropped in your mailbox, but someone has to sign for it. Registered shipping is especially recommended for countries or regions where mail delivery is known to be unreliable. The books are sent from The Netherlands to the country, and the address, you specify during the order dialog. Please note that, as of March 2010, the PTT in The Netherlands have abandoned the possibility to send international shipments as standard mail; therefore only registered and priority options are available. Shipping costs depend on the country where you want the books to be sent to. Also, these costs are directly related to the total weight of the books you're ordering; as always, average shipping costs go down when you order more copies. During the order dialog, you'll be given the option of chosing your preferred method. The expected number of business days until delivery is indicated for each method according to the specifications by the PTT in The Netherlands. Please note that we cannot give a 100% guarantee that these delivery times are met since various national PTTs are involved. Nevertheless, it appears to be very reliable in practice. Occasionally, delivery may take a bit longer or shorter (for example, due to different public holidays in different countries). The number of delivery days as mentioned above applies from the moment that we send out the finalised order. This is usually within 24 hours of the moment you've placed your order. To determine when we sent out your order, check your order status here. Please note that the whereabouts of your order cannot be tracked online since we're sending these books by regular mail. Currently, it is not possible to choose shipment by a courier service like FedEx, DHL or UPS (the shipping costs would typically be higher than the value of the books ordered). In special cases, it may be possible to ship the books through a courier service on the account of the receiver. Please contact us first. Maximum online order quantity When ordering online, the maximum order amount is € 750.00. This limit is related to the maximum amount that our payment services provider will authorise for online transactions (this is a security restriction).
